Qigong Group Training with Steve

Join Steve for a 6-session live online group training designed to help you build a lasting Qigong practice. This program blends foundational theory with guided practice to help you embody and cultivate real Qi flow.

Program Details

Six live Zoom sessions — 90 minutes each (9 Hours of instruction)
Dates: Jan 22, 29 • Feb 5, 12, 19, 26 (All Thursdays)
Time: 12 p.m. EST (New York Time)
Replay: Recordings sent out after each session.
