Steve's Qigong Circle is a private community where members practice Qigong together twice each month and stay connected through an active WhatsApp group for ongoing discussion, support, and learning.

About Steve Macari
Steve has been working in the healing arts for over 15 years. Around the age of 30, a health crisis set him on a path of healing and self-discovery. This journey led him to explore holistic health, nutrition, and the ancient energy practice of Qigong.

Steve's first formal training in the healing arts was with Paul Chek, where he completed the Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 3 Program. He went on to work as a nutritionist and health coach in New York City for nearly a decade, helping a diverse range of clients, including celebrities and other high-profile individuals.

Throughout this time, Steve continued to deepen his study and practice of Qigong. His primary teacher is a highly skilled healer, martial artist, and Qigong master whose teachings are rooted in Chan Buddhism. Despite having no public profile or online presence, this teacher has profoundly influenced Steve's understanding of energy cultivation, healing, and spiritual development.

More recently, Steve was awarded a Duan-belt ranking by Dr. Jesse Tsao through the World Tai Chi (Qigong) Duanwei Ranking Federation, recognizing his dedication to the art and practice of Qigong.

In addition to his work as a practitioner and teacher, Steve spent several years as a contributing editor for the wellness section of HarpersBazaar.com. Prior to entering the health and wellness field, he worked for a decade at an investment management firm in Manhattan while earning an MBA in Finance.

Today, Steve devotes his time to his family, deepening his understanding of Qigong and the human energy system, and sharing Qigong and self-healing practices with people around the world.
